"The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society, Inc. is the philanthropic arm of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America that, for more than 90 years, has offered philanthropy through a multitude of programs that make a difference in the lives of people in the United States and throughout the world."
Our Chapter is proud to help wonderful organizations in our local community like Midwest Veterans Closet, which serves retired and active military families in need, as well as homeless children in several Lake County schools through Operation Classroom program.
They are always seeking new ideas to lend a helping hand to our neighbors. If you are interested in helping or joining our St. Demetrios chapter of the Ladies Philoptochos Society, please contact us at Philoptochos@SaintDemetrioslibertyville.com.
